Out of a total of 130 submitted films, our selection team has chosen 26 titles to be screened at this year?s edition of the festival!
The animated film Sightings and Visions has been placed in the OFF program with an honorable mention, while the remaining 25 films will compete for the Golden Chainsaw Audience Award.
After watching the selected films, our expert jury ? Dean Šoša, Damir Chytil, and Alberto Viavattene ? has chosen 11 films that will compete for the Golden Chainsaws in the following categories:
– Best Horror (nominees: Endlein, Mopsorden, Starver)
– Best Action (Anonymus, Dig, Sweet Dream)
– Best Sci-Fi (Terminus, CNXS, Lost in Galactic Translation)
– Best Martial Arts Film (Kizuna, Midnight Punch: Payday)
The final winners will be announced at the Golden Chainsaw Awards Ceremony on September 13!
